It's a wonderful city. I go every few months - been there 10 times in last two years. Lots to see, and do, or just immerse yourself in the sounds, smells and atmosphere. The people are very very friendly. It's a very cheap city (so long as you haggle smartly!) I have a good friend who is an excellent tour guide (he mainly works for the more upmarket agencies like Jules Vernes and Kuoni and he works throughout Morocco so if there's anything in particular you want to know, drop me an email. Have a great time - there'snothing at all to be wary of in Marrakech! The only risk you take is not wanting to come home again! :-)
