The weather in Egypt in December is very good in the day and can be a little bit cold at night. If you are staying at the Siwa Villa you will find that the warm sun and the open fires in the house will keep you nice and warm for your entire stay during the evening and in the day, its like a spring day every day. T shirt weather in the afternoons and a light fleece to keep you warm at night whilst sitting around the open fire on the roof of the villa. I go there often in December and I never take a rain coat. It rains so infrequently it is not worth carrying one.
