Looking for apartments for rent in the center or other parts of Yerevan, Armenia?

These offers are just for you.

1.     Apartment that is available in a brand new building in the center of Yerevan. It has one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, all the necessary utilities, security, pool and elevator. Close to supermarkets and bus/minibus transportation

2.      Apartment that is available in a brand new building.  It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and living room.  It is close to the Baghramyan metro and a 2 minute ride to the center of town.  There is a wonderful supermarket close by and a grocery area. There is elevator in the building and a nice open air pool. Also there is a security guard and a wonderful balcony with the view of Armenia's mountain chains and of course Ararat!!!!


3.      A large apartment in Komitas again in brand new building. There are shops and supermarkets close to it. It is close to metro, bus and microbus stations. The apartment (on the 2nd floor) has a balcony as well as a backyard garden area. 
 Also the apartment has 3 bedrooms with all having windows (2 queen size beds and two twin size beds).  There is washing machine and all the kitchen needs you might need.  There is a nice classy living room and a bar kitchen!!



4.     Apartment right in the center of Yerevan, in the corner of Mashtots and Moskovyan, next to Cascade and Freedom Square. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Has bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, sitting room, bar, washing machine, and air-condition. It is cozy and nice and has three roomy beds with a nice living room and spacious dining room. 

5.     3 bedroom apartment in Komitas, on Babayan street, near Azatutyun avenue. It is spacious and has great sized three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath tub, 2 balconies. Hot/cold running water.
