i've been in the 5 cities said, 2 were from my country New Zealand and others are from Canada..they're really a good places to visit + factor is their cleanliest campaigns

Most of the place are part of US.
The US of America is still topping the list of cleanest country in terms of points from those states.

Indianapolis was a surprisingly clean city when I was there for a convention last August.  It really doesn't get much publicity because it is overshadowed by Chicago as the premier city in the mid west.  If you ever get a chance to go there, it will soon rank in your personal list for cleanest cities in the World.
