Home exchange, opinions?

 Welcom, I like to  exchange home for vacations because of really low cost's considering such traveling way. But I don’t know If I would feel well knowing that someone that I don't know too well would live in my apartment. What's your view on it? Is there a way to be sure about our new, time householder?

Traveled many time by home exchange with this site homeexchange24.com. and never had any bad situations. At beginning I also was uncertain but after much talk with other house holder It disappeared. I think that’s the best way. If you want more security you can buy inurnment but I don't think it's necessary. Good luck.

It is really advisable to do home exchange when you start traveling in different places because aside from you can save money for your vacation for sure you also enjoy staying in different houses.

Yes, i agree that home exchanging is very safe because you get to know the other party before you exchange homes. To feel more secured, you can use a home exchange contract for added security. you can visit WorldHomeExchanges.com for more info about home exchange.

It is a totally different experience too. You get a real feel for where you are staying. You live where the people live, not in some tourist trap hotel on the main shopping street!

Yeah you can use a home exchange contract to any security. This will be more secure.
