Single travelling...help!

I will be flying to Paris in May and need advice on best - but not too expensive - way to get to the 4th arrondissement area of Paris from CDG. Also looking for advice on an inexpensive but decent hotel in that area, ideally near the Lyon Train Station.All suggestions/advice welcome
