# Drink plenty of water. This helps to flush the kidneys and avoid them having to process concentrated streams of coffee and alcohol.
 # Use an exfoliating cream on your face at least once a week. This helps to avoid an accumulation of dead skin cells. For example the Exfoliating cream from D R Harris is very good.
 # Try and spend 20 to 30 minutes a week in a sauna and consume plenty of water at the same time. This helps to release toxins from under the skin.
 # If you have access to one try an infrared sauna, these are said to penetrate the skin further and remove more toxins.

Well In my opinion there are  few ways to boost your chances of living a happy, healthy life.

  • Eat Breakfast Every Morning
  • Add Fish and Omega-3 Fatty Acids to Your Diet
  • Get Enough Sleep
  • Exercise for Better Health
  • Practice Good Dental Hygiene
  • Drink Water and Eat Dairy

You should give rest to your body. Appropriate food and water must be needed in time to improve health and life.
